Homeowner's Excellence Program
SeaFirst has designed a comprehensive homeowner's excellence program for homes that are valued above $500,000. The policy combines coverage for your home, your personal belongings, and third party liability. You can also customize the policy to provide coverage for special items of value such as jewellery, collections, silverware and so much more!
Coverage included in the homeowner's excellence policy:
- Dwelling - Guaranteed Replacement Cost: we guarantee to rebuild your home, even if the cost exceeds the limit of insurance
- Contents - 80% of dwelling limit included for personal property
- Outbuildings - 15% of dwelling limit included for detached structures on your property
- Additional Living Expenses - 25% of dwelling limit for additional living expenses incurred during the claims process
- Personal liability - $5,000,000 limit
Added Features
- No deductible on losses greater than $50,000
- Rebuilding to code clause, home will be rebuilt based on current building codes
- Food Spoilage up to $5,000 when loss is caused by mechanical breakdown of freezer or power failure (no deductible)

- Securities - $7,500 limit
- Manuscripts, Coin or Stamp Collections - $5,000 limit
- Jewellery - $10,000 limit
- Fur garments - $7,500
- Silverware or goldware - $10,000 limit
- Trailers - $5,000 limit
- Watercraft - $5,000 limit
- Business Use of property (only at residence) - $25,000 limit
- Tree removal up to $1,000 for loss caused by wind
