7th Annual Saanichton Community Christmas

On Saturday December 10th, Fresh Cup Cafe and the Seaside Times are hosting the 7th Annual Saanichton Community Christmas event. This is a family event and the festivities include a Pancake Breakfast, Christmas Tree Trail, Horse Drawn Carriage Tours, Free Photos with Santa and Live Music. All proceeds raised go to the Sidney Lions Food Bank and last year the event raised over $3,800.

The Pancake Breakfast starts at 9:30 am to 11am at St. Mary's Church located at 1973 Cultra Avenue and is provided by the Central Saanich Lions Club. The Christmas Tree Trail starts at 10am and will go until 2pm. The trail is throughout the Saanichton core with stops at various participating businesses. There are prizes for both children and adults for their participation and the start of the trail is at Fresh Cup Cafe located at 1931 Mt. Newton X Road.
