Senior Claims Officer

SeaFirst Insurance is currently seeking an experienced Senior Claims Officer.

The Senior Claims Officer will provide leadership and support to the SeaFirst team by responding to claims reporting and handling in-house claims adjusting. The Senior Claims Officer will adhere to the establish procedures to ensure timely reporting and following up on reported claims, while seeking opportunities to maximize operational efficiencies.

The successful candidate must have at least five (5) years of relevant experience and the appropriate adjusting licenses. The position will be based out of our Brentwood Bay office, but will require regular travel throughout Greater Victoria, the Gulf Islands, and Vancouver Island. An unrestricted Class 5 driver's license is required along with the use of a fully operational vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed).
