We’re excited to share some important news with you. Effective November 1, 2025, our brand name will be changing to Navacord Insurance Services British Columbia Inc.

When SeaFirst joined Navacord in 2023 we had a vision: to preserve our local roots while continuing to deliver expert service, strengthened by the reach and resources of a national firm. Since then, Navacord has experienced significant growth across Canada—expanding our capabilities, deepening our expertise, and building a powerful platform for the future. It’s time to take the next step forward in our journey, so we can build upon this momentum and serve you with even greater impact.

While our name may be changing, everything you value about working with us remains the same. You will continue to work with your trusted local team and the people who know you best. Rest assured that this transition will be seamless and requires no action on your part. What it does mean is more resources, support, and market options are now available to us, so we can serve you even better. Our focus remains on delivering the same reliable, personalized service you trust, while strengthening our ability to support you both locally and nationally.

As part of this transition, SeaFirst Insurance and Waypoint Insurance will also be uniting under Navacord. This will give you even more convenient location options across British Columbia to help serve you better.

What this means for you:

  • As mentioned, this brand transition will be seamless for our clients. Your policies, coverage, and trusted advisors remain the same, and no action is required on your part. Starting November 1, all policy renewal documents, and correspondence will reflect our new name – Navacord Insurance Services British Columbia Inc.
  • Staff email addresses will transition to navacord.com effective November 1, 2025. You can now reach our team using the format: lastname@navacord.com (example: jane.smith@navacord.com). No need to worry about important messages being missed, as emails sent to our current addresses will continue to be delivered.
  • In the spring of 2026, you will begin to see our new name on branch signage, website, google, and social media channels.

As a complete multi-line brokerage, Navacord will bring you access to a wider range of products and services, backed by the strength of a national network. What this means for you is simple: stronger support close to home, greater resources across Canada, and the confidence that your insurance needs are handled by a team who knows you best.
