SeaFirst Insurance has been providing course of construction insurance for the contractors of the Saanich Peninsula and the Victoria area since 1974. Our product is designed to cover your building and liability through the various stages of development. Our qualified brokers will collect the relevant information about your project, and provide a quick competitive proposal to meet your project’s insurance needs.

Special rates are provided to current members of the Victoria Residential Builders Association.

From Breaking Ground to Moving In

Whether you are building your home or working on a large commercial project, we can cover you from start to finish. Coverages include insurance on the materials used, the building itself and third party liability.
