Tracey has always thrived in a fast paced, busy, people first environment. Her career shift from investments and stocks to insurance broker was pure serendipity.
We sat down with Tracey to discuss her career, SeaFirst, and the most common insurance questions she receives.

Q. What is your current position/role in Seafirst?
A. Insurance Advisor – ICBC Broker

Q. What brought you to Seafirst Insurance?
A. I was looking for new challenges and an opportunity to use my skillset to help people in the community.
Q. What do you like best about being a broker / Drivers Licensing? What brings you the highest level of satisfaction?
A. Helping people, I love helping people, especially people in need.
Q. The top three questions you get asked by clients and your answers to those questions.
A. Answers to any questions are very individual to the client. But, the top three questions I get are:
1. Province transfers, what do I need to do?
2. How to do Estate transfers.
3. Clients come to me with very interesting scenarios on how to insure their vehicles.
Q. Your hobbies and/or interests
A. Cooking, spending time with family – especially my grandchildren, and travel
Q. Other than insurance, if you could have any career in the world what would you choose and why?
A. I would be a Chef in a 5 star restaurant. I thrive in that kind of fast paced environment and I love creating 5 star meals.
